Using Blogs for event planning!

Using Blogs for event planning!

No one realizes that you can easily plan events and parties from ideas found on other party planners blogs. For instance, type blog party ideas on Google and there are so many blogs that will pop up.

The first blog that came up was called Kara’s Party ideas, which dealt with children’s birthday party themes called http://www.karaspartyideas.com. I thought this website was very interesting, because you could read about a ton of ideas on how to personalize labels, download featured Valentine’s Day label templates, and so much more; the best part is that almost everything is free. There are also so many other birthday blogs that popped up. There were blogs on party invitations and party planning. One event idea blog that stood out to me was called http://www.createmyevent.com, because it gave an event planner everything they would need to plan a party from ideas and tips to resources that one could use just to help obtain or make certain party necessities. If one doesn’t like just Googling random terms that relate to party planning or events then they can also go straight to the blog websites and use the search terms party planning or event planning.

You can go to blogger.com, wordpress.com, blog.com, etc.; however, you’ll usually have to create your own blog first in order to be able to search and follow people. Unless you get lucky and come across a good blog by Googling whatever happens to be on the most popular blog websites. There are so many websites now that contain all the best blogs, which deal with party planning and event planning so you can narrow your Google search to “blog website just for party planning” or use the term event planning this has been so beneficial in my experience. For instance, I found http://allwomenstalk.com/top-party-planning-blogs/, which was amazing, because it not only listed what it found to be the best party planning blogs but also gave a description for why that is and what a certain blog is most beneficial for.

Another blog called http://www.skinnyscoop.com/list/SkinnyScoop_Staff/top-25-party-planning-blogs was also very useful, because it listed the best party blogs in order of best reviewed. Also, the site provides reviews with each blog so you could read what others thought of their experiences using these blogs while planning what many said to be successful parties. There is so many party planning and event planning websites on the web that your options and loads of information (ideas) are endless!
