Partnership Between Hootsuite and ReviewTrackers

A major improvement was made to the social media managing site Hootsuite this week in the form of a partnership with the online reputation site ReviewTrackers. Earlier this week the partnership was announced and so far has been met with positive feedback. This partnership provides its users with the opportunity to monitor their online reputation from numerous review sites, while still managing their social media platforms. 

What ReviewTrackers brings to Hootsuite:

To give a little background, ReviewTrackers is a site that monitors a company’s online presence through reviews with access to 85 review websites. ReviewTracker collects all of the reviews regarding a company onto one platform much like Hootsuite does for social media sites. A partnership between ReviewTrackers and Hootsuite gives its users access to reviews from sites such as Yelp, Google, Facebook, Healthgrades, Foursquare and 80 other websites. It also provides them with more information regarding the reputation of their companies and will increase engagement between a company and their followers.

Reviews are one of the first things that we look at when we hear about anything new that sparks our interest, and they are a large contributing factor towards a company’s reputation. In this day and age having a good reputation online is crucial and now, through this partnership, business owners can be constantly aware of their own reputation whether they are trying to improve or are watching out and being cautious. With the added benefit of ReviewTrackers users can do all of this and more

Benefits to the Partnership:

-Users will have a faster reaction time in the case of a crisis and now can maintain their reputation and stay on top of what is going on.

-Users will also have a faster reaction time if something positive is said about them which can allow them to repost the positive feedback and engage with their followers.

-This partnership is extremely helpful for businesses that have more than one location, therefore companies thinking of expanding might be able to consider it more seriously.

-ReviewTracker has found a way to “organically” improve review ratings while still providing you with the vital feedback from the reviewers and through the partnership with Hootsuite, users will be able to take advantage of this and hopefully increase their review ratings as well. 

All in all, the partnership between Hootsuite and ReviewTrackers is a positive one for its users and we cannot wait to see what happens next!
