As part of the music industry, Spotify has grown to be a premier organization in the collection of music. This database of songs and artists is allowing users to quickly find any songs or albums to add to their music library. Best of all, Spotify is free!
However, for those who want more out of Spotify, different options are available. The options are:
As a music provider, Spotify provides the convenience of music at the click of a button after you have downloaded this program from the web. If you choose to have a free account, you will only be able to listen to songs where you have internet access and on your computer. Free access does not allow you to use Spotify on your phone, although it does give you a small trial. It also comes with commercials that may get annoying after a while.
If you decide to go with the Unlimited account, you have the ability to listen to any songs but you do not have any commercials that will interfere with your listening. Once you have set a playlist and you are relaxing while listening to your Spotify account, not having commercials may be worth the monthly fee of $5.
Even better than the Unlimited account is their offer to give you a Premium account for $10. This account includes what is mentioned before but even better than that is the ability to listen to your playlists when you are offline. Of course, you have to select these songs and put together the playlist before you walk out of a Wi-Fi zone but in the end, it gives you the ability to stay connected with the music you love.
Spotify has become popular because it gives you the option of selecting your own songs and creating your own playlists. Perhaps this is not a good thing for the CD and iTunes industry since you are able to fill your music library through a faster and cheaper way but it is a convenient way for users to keep supporting artists.
But is Spotify too good to be true? Is it possible that Spotify could set more restrictions for users in the future? Restrictions like the amount of time you can hear music if you have a free account. This could happen, but for now enjoy the easy and legal access to music!
