We have all been there. It’s the big day. Whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, or Valentine’s Day, people forget to buy gifts. The hustle and bustle of everyday life can add up leaving little to no time to go to the store. Luckily, the one and only Facebook has a solution to this problem.
Facebook has tapped in to the gifting industry. Within the past year Facebook has launched the ability for users to give gifts to their friends on their Birthdays. On February 14th Facbeook upped their game. Once users logged in they were met with a screen similar to the one below:
The gifts that could be sent to Facbeook users included Starbucks gift cards, caramels, flowers, chocolates, or even jellybeans. Now the best part about these gifts — they all were relatively cheap, mostly ranging from $5 to $10 dollars.
So whether you forgot Valentine’s Day altogether or want to surprise your crush on a whim – Facebook has your back!
