There are thousands of bloggers around the world-from The Blonde Salad’s Chiara Ferragni, to The Man Repeller’s Leandra Medine as well as Song of Style’s Aimee Song and Cupcakes and Cashmere’s Emily Schuma- and they are all revolutionizing the fashion world as we know it. Now, SMU has its very own upcoming blogger to follow and praise- Lala Bellaa’s Isabella Sanchez. Born in Brazil but raised around the world, this edgy fashion lover is combining her multicultural views and her South American roots to offer a new fashion perspective to the Dallas scene.
Sanchez launched her blog just this month (one week ago, actually) as a means of expression and a way to make drop-dead-gorgeous styles available to every girl. She is a loyal follower of some of the most influential fashion bloggers worldwide and loves to get inspired by their style propositions. However, she noticed that many of these important bloggers used only brand names to create their outfits and this made the fashion options inaccessible to regular college students like herself. Therefore, she wanted to offer a different approach to these high-end styles.
Although the brown-eyed fashionista acknowledges that there is a lot of competition when it comes to the blogshpere and that it is hard to make it big in this scene, she also accepts that her focus is not to do business or advertise brands. Regardless, the Brazilian beauty has very big plans for Lala Bellaa, and she admits that the ultimate purpose of the blog is to help her keep finding herself, redefining her style, and shaping her passion.
“Lala Bellaa is just a way to bounce ideas around and more than anything it just gives me a chance to do something that I love”, the SMU senior explains.
With her girl-next-door charisma and her unique fashion sense, Sanchez’ blog promises to be a huge success. Follow @Lalabellaa on Instagram and check out Isabella’s new blog!
