Blogging is the perfect vehicle for companies to express themselves. It allows thoughts and creativity to be shared with the general public.
At first blogging can seem extremely intimidating because you are not so sure what to write about and what exactly should be said. However, once you get the hang of it and see the perks, it can really be fun and another way you can communicate with your publics. Good amounts of people are beginning to enjoy blogging and it is highly suggested that all businesses get into the hang of it.
Other social media sites are more common ways companies connect with their followers on a daily basis. Facebook and Twitter are among the two that are the most popular. A recent study released by the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Center for Marketing Research, found that fortune 500 companies, such as Coca-Cola and Walt Disney, are continuing to increase their Facebook and Twitter usage every year by large percent’s. This isn’t very shocking news.
However, there has been proof of the rising usage of blogging but it is still not as popular as we would like. The question is what is holding people back from blogging? I think people get afraid of the idea of being creative and get stuck in the routine of things and forget how to step out of the box. Companies should start a blog and continue to build the image of the company in a new light.
