This past week it seems that Ebola is on everyone’s mind. It is on the news, Internet and what everyone’s talking about. But is it as big of a problem the media is making it out to be? Should we be afraid of Ebola?

The related fear of Ebola has risen this week for many reasons; an infected patient died in a Dallas hospital, two more have become infected this week, a clear plan of how to prevent and cure the disease hasn’t been known and many are comparing Ebola as the next AIDS.

Who are the iPhone 6 Consumers?

A new study came out asking who’s buying the iPhone 6 and the results were very interesting. The vast majority of iPhone 6 consumers are rich, white men.

According to Slice, a company that tracks consumer purchases, more than 80% of iPhone 6 consumers in the United States are male, 2.3 have college degrees, and 60% make over $75,000 a year. Because these men are making an above average salary, they are willing to spend at least $650 on a phone.

She is working with a team of musicians, artists, engineers, sciences, and wearable devices company, Mi.Mu, to create a glove that will change the way music is made.

Mi.Mu’s goal is to steer musicians away from dials and computer screens and lead them to the creation of music with gesture control.

DC Schools Allows Cell Phones in the Classroom

As of the first day of school, August 26th, Prince George’s County Public Schools announced their change in cell phone policy by allowing kids to use cell phones in the classroom.

The DC schools decided they would take a more relaxed approach to the use of cellphones. They would allow the kids to use them not only in the hallways and cafeteria, but also in the classroom.
