Looking Forward to a Mustang Senior Year

Senior year in high school came and went far too quickly. If I learned anything it was to cherish the little moments I won’t have again. My senior year as a mustang will be overflowing with last chances with friends , excitement, and job searches.

I am most looking forward to the satisfaction I will feel next May as a graduating senior. Sure the entire year will be full of great lessons I will need for the real world – but what better lesson is there than knowing the satisfaction of success?

I know it will not be the last accomplishment in my life, but it will be the first accomplishment to make me feel truly on track to a successful and happy life.

To Whatsapp or Viber? That is the Question

When traveling abroad with a smart phone young professionals everywhere are forced to face pesky international charges. Thanks to the tech savvy smarts of smartphone application creators, these charges can be avoided. But to what extent can we avoid paying extra for calling home? I called my friends studying abroad in London and asked the same question I had been asking myself. “Whatsapp or Viber?”

Brad Paisley & The Light Show App

Tonight, on April 7th, country sensation Brad Paisley will perform at the American Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Paisley’s catchy tunes and bellowing vocals will not be the only excitement during the performance. His “Beat This Summer” performance will not only share stage with John Mayer, but will also be a part of the debut of Brad Paisley’s Wham City collaboration – the Brad Paisley Light Show App.

Tinder launched in Los Angeles in September of 2012 and activated a new take on the age old game of “hot or not”.  Tinder is a free app for the iPhone that connects to the user’s Facebook account to build a profile with a couple of photos. In the past year, Instagram has created a shift in fashion blogging that wasn’t seen coming by the fashion obsessed. Despite the sudden loss of positive energy after the purchase by Facebook and change of privacy policy,  Instagram has managed to take photo-sharing to a level that other social media outlets have only strived for. With this popularity in photo-sharing fashion bloggers have managed to rise to impressive heights with their Instagram fame and gain new blog followers in the process.
